Initial Inspection
Upon receiving shipments from our trusted suppliers, we conduct a thorough initial inspection. This first step is crucial in maintaining the overall quality of our products. During this inspection, we:
- Inspect each carton to ensure that the eggs are intact and free from cracks or breakage. This step helps to immediately identify and remove any compromised products.
- Confirm that the eggs meet our specific criteria for size, color, and shell integrity. Eggs that do not conform to our standards are separated for further evaluation or returned to the supplier.
